NRIMS ImageJ Analysis Module
Installation:
- Install a 1.36 or later version of ImageJ ( http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/download.html ) for your system (Windows, Mac, Linux). If Windows, download the version bundled with Java.- Download Open_MIMS.jar (archive containing source code and Java classes).
- Copy to the ImageJ home plugins folder
- Restart ImageJ
After installing, launch ImageJ and under the Plugins menu, select the MIMS->OpenMIMS item. This will open a file browser for the raw image files suffixed ".im".
