NRIMS ImageJ Analysis Module

Installation:

• Install ImageJ (http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/download.html) for your system (Windows, Mac, Linux) and Java 1.6. If Windows, download the version bundled with Java. You will need to upgrade ImageJ to at least version 1.42n. ImageJ can upgrade itself. Go to Plugins -> Utilities -> Update ImageJ and select 1.42n or higher.
• Download Open_MIMS.zip (archive containing source code and Java classes).
• Copy extracted contents to the ImageJ home plugins folder
• Restart ImageJ

After installing, launch ImageJ and under the Plugins menu, select the MIMS->OpenMIMS item. This will open a file browser for the raw image files suffixed ".im".
