Isee is proprietary software custom developed by Douglas Benson (NSee, Inc.) for the analysis of NRIMS' data
Image Analysis Instructions:
- Quantitative Image Analysis Procedures . This manual describes the analysis procedures used at NRIMS to reduce, display, manipulate and analyze raw image files. This manual presumes Isee software is being used, however, the free NRIMS ImageJ Analysis Module has analogous routines for accomplishing such tasks, and this manual is also a useful reference when using ImageJ.
- Example of Region of Interest Analysis - A short illustrative example of the method for defining and analyzing Regions Of Interest (ROIs).
